Air Concepts is a locally owned and operated heating and air conditioning company out of Southern California bringing comfort solutions to all of the Orange County area. We are currently looking for Comfort Advisors (Sales Persons), Service Technicians and Installers.

Our customers are our top priority, and we absolutely require everyone on the Air Concepts team to treat them with honesty, respect and anytime you are in their home you need to conduct yourself in a way that makes them feel comfortable.

Your job will not be to hook up or fix some "metal box," your job will be to make our customers feel safe and secure while you bring them indoor air comfort (and you will do it with proper permits and in compliance with all codes). For the peace of mind of our customers.

If you are applying for employment with our company, there are a few things you should know:

We will conduct an extensive criminal background check. If you have a felony conviction, we cannot offer you employment. We require a minimum of a high school education. We will also execute credit verification and a pre-hire drug test, then random drug tests during your employment.
A current driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for all field personnel. You must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
This is a non-tobacco company. No smoking, No tobacco chewing.
The field positions require occasionally working in tight crawl spaces and attics. You will need to be able to lift 75 pounds, for field positions.
This is not an 8 – 5 company. Our workday ends when all customers are taken care of. Saturday is a normal workday and there is an on-call rotation for all field personnel, client care representatives, and salespeople. This allows us to be available for our customers 24-7. If you are issued a company phone, you must be willing to carry and answer it 24-7.
You must be well groomed. Business-like haircut and a very trimmed mustache only. No goatees, beards, facial piercing or visible tattoos.
